Fantastic concert at the Barns of Wolf Trap! Best yet! I've been a Debi Smith "groupie" for many years now. My friend, Dorthea Legrand went to Falls Church H.S. with you and got me started going to your concerts. But ever since then, I've brought all my other friends. I saw you when you were with "The Smith Sisters"-- I think twice at Orkney Springs (Shrinemont), and now every time your at the Barns.

Saw you last night at the Barns. You are fantastic. I bought the Cupid CD and listened to it this morning. Great CD. Two questions: Is the acapella song you did last night with Megan recorded and, if so, where? Is the spectacular drum piece you did with the whole band recorded and, if so, where?

Debi — just saw your Port Washington (Bitchin' Babe) show with two excellent friends (one's a minister and the other is the coolest 80-year-old babe you ever met). We'd seen Christine Lavine twice, so you guys were a natural. Your songs and singing in particular stood out for me. I'm actually on line now to buy some music! You and your sister song at Lubber Run in Arlington years ago and the songs just stroked at our hearts. At that time, your parents were promoting your music and I thought that was one of the greatest tributes to such a beautiful family. We bought your CD "A Canary's Song" that year and over the years we often played that CD.
We bought a cottage in Bedford, PA and now we can enjoy your music live at the library, since we live in Arlington (the Fair) and at the Birchmere.
Does Megan ever sing with your band? I remember she worked on Capitol Hill. Harmonization - Harmonization only a song can bring that out.

Debi - I wanted you to know that I saw you in concert in Columbus Ohio last winter & when you sang "Pass it On", I knew it was the song I wanted my son & I to dance to at his wedding. It is such a beautiful song, and I felt it was so appropriate. He didn't know what I had chosen, so it was a very emotional and specail for us both. As a Christmas present, I'm going to have the words written out by an artist, then have it framed for him. Thank you for sharing your talent! I love the CD very much too.
